After Torcon was over, Denis and I went to the Hockey Hall of Fame.
127_2737_1.jpg
It was just a few blocks from where we were staying for the convention.
127_2738_1.jpg
Now that's a punchbowl.
127_2739_1.jpg
The championship rings for women's hockey are really cheap compared to what the guys get.

The battery died in Denis's camera, so I loaned him mine. I have no idea about some of these pictures.

In Colborne, Ontario, we stopped at "The Big Apple" and found this sign in the parking lot.
127_2747_1.jpg
Look at the bones, man!
127_2748_1.jpg
The Apple.
127_2749_1.jpg
Penguin attack!
127_2750_1.jpg
It is really huge.
127_2751_1.jpg
The pie was only so-so. We were there at the end of the day, and it would have been nicer if fresh-baked.
127_2752_1.jpg
We also stopped at the Memory Junction railway museum in Brighton, Ontario.
127_2753_1.jpg
There are a few trains and some displays of railway memorabilia.
127_2754_1.jpg
It's completely staffed by volunteers...
127_2755_1.jpg
who work very hard on upkeep.
127_2756_1.jpg
You can't go inside most of the trains, but they've renovated a caboose and turned it into a small historical museum.
127_2757_1.jpg
We wandered around a bit.
127_2758_1.jpg
And bought a few postcards (of course).
127_2759_1.jpg
Penguin catcher.
127_2760_1.jpg
Time to hit the road...
