I think I've found my dream job: serving homemade, organic, gourmet ice cream from a custom-decorated truck. Chris made a batch of Mexican Chocolate ice cream last night (chocolate, cinnamon, chilli, chopped almonds, Kahlua)— it would fit right in with the offerings.
