Mad Props to Wordsmith.org's Internet Anagram Server (I, Rearrangement Servant).

Posted by: poz at February 26, 2006 02:07 AMI am particularly proud of Terrapin Moralist (Airport Terminals). I finished the Silver Line and Green Line on Friday. I did most of the Commuter Rail, but I left the file at work; I'll have to upload the final product on Monday.
I've been anagramming everything (even the destinations at the end of the lines). I found this great color subway map (PDF) and have been using Adobe Acrobat to edit the text of each of the stations. The finished PDF looks great, but is too huge to upload onto Flickr, so I'll have to convert to JPG again.
Posted by: rv at February 26, 2006 08:56 AMI didn't even look at the silver line. Terrapin... is sweet.
JFK/UMass -> Fusk jams? Is "fusk" some arcane word dictionary.com doesn't even know? Or were you painted into a corner?
Perhaps you can slightly bend the rules and go with:
JFK Library/UMass -> Frau Briskly Jams
And have you seent the Wikipedia page for MBTA stations? Pretty nice.
Posted by: at February 26, 2006 10:06 PMThe map that's on Flickr right now is incomplete, so you won't be able to see any of my Silver Line machinations 'til Monday.
Fusk Jams was a desperation move (kind of like Ravah Rd). As in Scrabble, playing a plausible phony is sometimes a tactical move. You know, fusk— it's kind of like musk, kind of like funk. "Man, those socks are fusky."
I like Frau Briskly Jams, though.
Posted by: rv at February 26, 2006 10:19 PMEveryone thought "strouds" smelled a little fusky, too, considering where I pulled it out of.
